POWER OF ATTORNEY (PoA) BY A FOREIGN NATIONAL

Foreign nationals can also prepare the PoA on a plain paper with the help of any lawyer/legal expert. However, before submitting it to the Consulate, the PoA is mandatorily required to be notarized and attested by the district Court in the states of Bavaria or Baden-Wurttemberg befor attestation.

Documents required:

  • Duly filled in Miscellaneous application form (Click here)
  • Original and photocopy of PoA which needs to be attested
  • Copy of City Registration (Meldebeschinigung)
  • Fee to be paid by Bank transfer as per the bank details given below and attach a copy of the bank transfer slip as proof of payment of fee.
  • Attach a self-addressed prepaid stamped (Euro 4.50 stamped) envelope of appropriate size for return of serviced documents.

Application along with other required documents mentioned above can be submitted either by POST or in person after scheduling an online appointment through the following link:-

  • Processing Time: 05 working days from the date of receipt of application in the Consulate.
